We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

- **USA Shipping Time**: 5–10 business days  
- **Canada Shipping Time**: 8–14 business days  
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before tracking is available.

Returns

We accept returns within **7 days of delivery** on eligible items. To request a return:

1. Email us at (info@roguessentials.com)with your order number and reason
2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted for accessories, intimate items.
